With the Pickering Airport being officially announced, the east end shall see lots of movement in price. The public will start complaining about the noise, traffic and pollution. This will have a negative affect on the market. But when the hiring starts for construction and permanent jobs, this will all change. This will be gradual since it is projected to be working by 2027.
