Ninth Annual Past President’s Scholarship Awards
December 18, 2014 -- TREB’s Past President’s Scholarship Program, now in its ninth year, expanded in 2012 to include two additional scholarships. Two $5,000 first-place scholarships and two $2,500 second-place scholarships will be awarded on behalf of REALTORS® to four graduating high school seniors pursuing post-secondary education.
Based on community involvement and a 1,000-word essay, the awards will be presented to the four winners in the spring.
This year’s essay topic choices are:
- How may the Pan Am Games impact the surrounding communities prior to, during, and once the games have concluded?
- As our changing population produces new communities, there are many considerations to be addressed in making these communities successful. Identify a key consideration that you feel needs to be addressed to ensure success.
